If so, having them refer you to someone might be the quickest and easiest way to find the help you need. Can anyone recommend a good doctor in this area? Have you had any recent testing that documents your condition and what's causing it?

In search of recommendations for a doctor/weight loss clinic in the Detroit area that will prescribe Adipex (phentermine) to an overweight but otherwise healthy me. Inquired with my family doctor a few times only to have my interest brushed off. ## I just got mine from Dr. Bouier on greenfield and 9mile. I lost 7. lbs in two effin days. 2 EFFIN DAYS! My name is Jim and I recently moved (January) from Detroit here to Los Angeles. For the past 7 years I have been taking 30 mg oxycodone (not contin) for my debilitating headaches. I do have a doctors verification and my medical records to back me up Up to now I have been using the ERs for medical treatment. Because I have to go so often and I don't want to risk being labeled a drug addict, I find myself using different names sometimes to avoid this. I HATE that I have to do this. I need a doctor who will perscribe pain medicine I have been taking, oxycodone 10 mg. 4 x a day and I think my doctor is going to cut me off and I have currosis stage 3 and have been taking pain meds since May of this year. I am afraid my doctor is going to cut me off my meds I am having a proublem cutting down. Some times I can cut down to 2 10 mg a day and other days I need 3 aa day. I spread them out for as long as I can. I also have Rumitoid aurthritis I have had since 1991. I have documents stating my disease. .

Ive been on Roxicodone 30 mg for 4 years and I take four of them a day plus I also take 30mg oxycontin twice a day. I just moved to Detroit and went to a knew pain dr and he put me on Percocet and Opana which does nothing considering how long I have been on my other pain meds.. I would like to stop taking Detrol LA. Do I need to stop at once or go off of it slowly. My eyes have been getting worse since being on the drug. ## It really depends on how long you have been taking it regularly, if it has been several months to a year or more, then you will probably need to slowly taper off of it. You should speak with your doctor about the problems you are having with it and they can probably help you with the best way to stop taking it. Can anyone tell me why every pharmacy in metro Detroit is out of Norco? They don't know when they will be in? I was hurt in car accident but, I have prescription for 30 mg oxcodone can't find pharmacy to fill them .I can get to surronding suburbs near detroit. ## Sorry to hear about your situation. From what I've recently read from others under similar circumstances, there are rumors going around that Oxycodone in all its forms are gradually being taken off the market by the FDA. This would explain why very few people are having success finding a pharmacy to fill it; especially in Florida. My doctor has just prescribed Solifenacin for overactive bladder. Previously I had been on Detrusitol. Can anyone tell me if one is better than the other? ## What it really comes to down is which medication is best and safest for you to use and the only way to really know that is by trying it, as your doctor advises.
