I am looking for tripelennamine. As a pharmacist I clearly remember 60mg then sr 100mg tabs being available. Zyrtec, Claritin, Allegra together could not work as well pbz. It's a blue pill I was asked to identify. It's a blue oblong pill with "D B" on one side, blank on the other. Every place I've looked to try and identify this pill has directed me to "DP" or "DB02" or "DB03", but not just "D B". I have no other identification on it. ## This is most likely an over the counter sleep aid which contains Diphenhydramine 25 mg (NDC 76168-015). If you check the page on DailyMed and go to the section called "Ingredients and Appearance", it describes a blue oblong tablet (13mm) with no score line and imprint code DB. Well I have been experiencing an involuntary cough, where I have this urge to keep clearing the back of my throat and it won't go away. I'm not sick and it has been happening for 4 months. I have the fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets in 180 mg dosage. Question: they seem too strong for me--can i split them in half? ## Is there a score line (indent) on the pill? If there is, then it is there specifically for the purpose of cutting the pill in half. Whether or not there is a score line, I would still cut the pill in half if it is needed. Maybe talk to your doctor about getting a lower dose of this medication if you consistently feel the need to use half a dose. NOTE: cutting a pill in half only works if the pill is in tablet form. This just wouldn't work if it is a capsule, since the contents would fall out. Does anyone know when the drug companies decided to change Azelastine nasal spray from 240 doses to 200 doses? And who is supposed to notify the prescriber’s when they do something like this? I had a huge argument with my allergist because the bottle started getting smaller sometime last year and they must not have believed me because they refused to accept that it was running out early because there were only 200 sprays instead of 240 and I’m pretty sure it’s been like this since June. What can replace Novahistine DMX cough syrup? Nothing helps now since they discontinued this syrup years ago. Taking them individually also doesn't work. DMX helped within 5 minutes. ## When you took them individually, were they in tablet/capsule form, or liquids? Since a cough syrup is liquid, it is normal for it to work fairly fast, but tablets, and capsules tend to take a bit longer to take affect. Novahistine DMX contained Dextromethorphan, Guaifenesin, and Pseudoephedrine, and this combination is available in a couple other products, as well, such as Robitussin Cough & Cold D, and Maxifed DMX.
