I know that you said you weren't reading it upside down but just in case I found a white oblong pill imprinted with L484 that is reportedly identified as Acetaminophen (500mgs) which is a store brand or generic Extra Strength Tylenol. What is 650 OM on yellow oval pills? ## This yellow, capsule shaped tablet with O M on one side, and 650 on the other was manufactured by Teva Pharmeceuticals, and they list it as having contained 325mgs of Acetaminophen, and 37.5mgs of Tramadol, a generic for Ultracet, or Tramacet. It is used to treat moderate, to severe pain. NDC: 00172-6359 This tablet has been discontinued. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Can I take Myprodol if I took 3 Panado tablets about 30 minutes ago? I have got the worst headache ever and the Panado hasn't helped at all. It feels like a rubber band is squeezing my head. Pain is centred from the base of my neck up and over to between my eyes. ## Both of these medications contain Acetaminophen/Paracetamol, which can be toxic, if taken in high dosages. Will it get relief my having ## It is very doubtful that it will help with dental pain. This medication is most commonly used to treat gastro-intestinal issues. The best thing to do would be to see a dentist, so they can prescribe something appropriate. The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, bloating and flatulence. The only actual pain reliever in this medication is Acetaminophen and that won't do much for such intense pain. I'm trying to figure out what this pill is. The color is actually white and speckled baby blue. It is oblong and has the imprint "TCL 350" on it. It's a triangular dark green pill with absolutely no markings; 3 sided. I found them in a script bottle in the parking lot at work. Please help. ## I was trying to Google the same thing. Fiance bought equate acetaminophen and seal was broken already. Only 1 of these in the jar. ## I came across reports of dark green triangular pills being sold as "xtc", whilst actually containing Dextromethorphan (DXM), which is a cough suppressant with sedative-like properties. Apparently, these unmarked green triangle pills have been found throughout the US and UK - however, my take is that the only way to know for certain what this contains would be to have its contents analyzed by a lab. Just bought Kirkland acetaminophen & methocarbamol combo bottle. However it now has a 094 on one side of the pill. It never had any imprint before. Is this a change or a mistake? ## Gary, I haven't been able to verify the 094 imprint on the tablet. Is this an over the counter product from the US?
